Dishwashers are a must-have in most kitchens. Because having a dishwasher helps you to clean tons of dishes all at once. And while they clean the dishes, you can focus on something else. Also, they are safe and easy to use. But cleaning them can be a huge problem sometimes. As they can get a bit smelly and sometimes they have stains inside of them. Here is the right way to clean your dishwasher.

USE BAKING SODA TO SCRUB INSIDE THE DISHWASHER

Tough stains are hard to get rid of from any surface. And your dishwasher is no exception. To get rid of stains or dust build-up from inside your dishwasher, you need to do the following.

Get a soft sponge and sprinkle 1/2 cup of baking soda and squeeze 3 drops of dawn dish soap on the sponge. Use the sponge to carefully scrub inside of the dishwasher.

USE BLEACH & VINEGAR TO WIPE THE DISHWASHER DOOR

This method comes directly after the previous one. This gets rid of any dirt mark or dust that was on that dishwasher door.

To clean outside of the dishwasher properly you will need to get a damp cloth and sprinkle a little vinegar and bleach on it. Use the cloth to wipe the dishwasher door.

POUR WARM WATER IN THE BASKET

To clean your dishwasher basket properly. Just do this simple trick. After cleaning inside of the dishwasher simply pour a small pot of hot water in the basket(the basket is located inside the dishwasher).

CLEAN THE RACKS WITH DAWN DISH SOAP

This is the last step and probably the easiest. All you have to do is, get a sponge and squeeze 4 drops of dawn dish soap on it. Use the sponge to clean the racks in the dishwasher.
