place the sponges in a large container. Now fill the container with water, and add 4 cups of fabric softener in it. Cover the container and let the sponge soak up most of the fabric softener.

Leave the sponges in the container for 1 hour. After doing that place the sponges in the dryer with your laundry. This will make your laundry smell even better than when you have used the normal dryer sheets.

2.PROTECT FLOORS FROM FURNITURE SCUFFS

Is it just me or do most furniture scuff the floor? I can’t even shift my kitchen table without worrying if it’s going to damage the tiles.

To prevent your floor from being damaged just do this simple trick. Place sponges under the feet of the furniture. Doing this will prevent the furniture from scraping the floor.

3.SOAP IN SPONGE

Want you sponges to always be soapy. Then this trick will definitely help you. All you have to do is cut open inside of a thick sponge (cut it to make it look like a pocket and make sure it’s deep). Place the bar soap inside the pocket area you just created in the sponge.

Now you can use the sponge to do a lot of things such as cleaning areas around your home or using it to bathe yourself while showering.

4.SPONGE GERM REMOVER

This hack is kinda well-known know but it’s a really good hack. Most of us get rid of sponges(especially kitchen sponges) when they get dirty. but what if I told you that you don’t have to do that.

All you have to do is place the dirty sponges in the microwave. Now turn on the microwave for 1-2 minutes. This will eradicate all the germs that were in the sponges. Now you can use those sponges without worrying about the bacteria and germs inside of them.

5.CLEAN LARGE JARS OR FISHBOWL

Have you ever tried to clean certain things in your home but find it very difficult to do. For example items such as jars and fishbowl are very hard to clean because they have very small openings.

To clean inside jars and fishbowl properly you need to do the following trick. Use a fork and push it in the sponge. Now use the fork to put the sponge in any direction you want to clean inside the jar.

6.UNUSUAL WAY TO CLEAN GRILLED AREAS

This will show you the best way to clean grilled areas whether it the oven racks or the grill for the barbeque. Now you have to read carefully because this can kinda get confusing.

What you need to do is get a sponge and make 4 equal vertical cuts (half deep inside of the soft side). Now make 4 equal horizontal cuts( not too deep) in the soft side of the sponge. Remember not to cut too deeply because this will make the break up the sponge. Now you can use the sponge to clean the grilled areas.

7.DIY ICE PACK

Place the sponge in cold water. Then take it out and put it in a Ziploc bag. Place the bag with the sponge in the freezer and leave it overnight. In the morning you will have your very own DIY icepack. It’s best if you place 2 sponges in one bag.

8.DIY TOILET DEODORIZER

This trick is very easy. Al l you need to do is dip a sponge in some fabric softener. Now place the sponge inside the tank of the toilet. That’s it. This hack was very easy to do and now you don’t have to worry about the toilet smelling bad after using it.

9.USE IT TO SHINE WOODEN FLOORS

All you need is to put some murphy’s oil soap on the wood floor and wipe and polish the floor with a sponge. Its that easy.

I don’t really recommend this hack. Be sure to use a large thick sponge as well.
